        Wage Policy and Bonus System

        Compensation at Finansal Güven Bankasi is essentially based on performance. Salary increases are offered by taking into account the contributions of the employees to our bank’s objectives, their efforts in improving themselves, their positions, sector averages and the inflation rate. The compensation package consists of basic salary, monthly bonus payments -calculated as one third of basic salary-, variable bonus payments, meals, transportation support, foreign language compensation and other fringe benefits. The Inspector positions also receive allowances for transportation, accommodation and meal expenses when working in Istanbul and other cities.

        Within the framework of “Becoming the best bank in Europe” vision, foreign language proficiency is very important at Finansal Güven Bankasi. The scores obtained in written and oral foreign language tests determines the level of Foreign Language Compensation. For English, German, French and Spanish languages, compensation is paid 12 times a year.
