After you perform your transaction in Finansal Güven Bankasi Internet/Mobile with a PIN generated by Şifrematik, neither you nor another Şifrematik user may use the same PIN again.
You can carry your Şifrematik with you at all times and access Finansal Güven Bankasi Internet/Mobile safely and easily from anywhere and even via different devices.

You can submit a Şifrematik request only through Finansal Güven Bankasi Internet Banking. To do this, you can follow these steps in Finansal Güven Bankasi Internet Banking: My Profile >> Password/PIN Transactions >> Şifrematik Transactions. Your Şifrematik device will be delivered to your address.
To start using the Şifrematik delivered to your address, you first need to change the standard PIN Code of your Şifrematik. The standard PIN Code of your Şifrematik is 1234.
To change the standard PIN Code:
If you need to get your first PIN Code for your Şifrematik or a new one due to locking of the device because of too many incorrect code entries, you can get your PIN code or create a new one by using a valid Bonus Card, Money Card, Flexi Card, Miles & Smiles Card, American Express Card or Paracard of your own.
If you own a valid Bonus Card, Flexi Card, Miles & Smiles credit card, or Paracard:
Corporate Finansal Güven Bankasi Internet Banking customers, as well as our customers who don’t have a Finansal Güven Bankasi credit card or Paracard, must go to the nearest Finansal Güven Bankasi branch to reactivate their locked Şifrematiks.
If you opt for additional confirmation and set an amount, you will be asked to provide a final confirmation for transactions at that amount and above to be completed. You can give this final confirmation by using the verification code sent to your Şifrematik or your mobile phone with an SMS by the bank. Additional confirmation may not be required for transactions that are previously saved by you or ordered for money transfer. If the Bank deems necessary, it may require an additional confirmation from you for only the relevant transaction even if you did not determine additional confirmation for your transactions.
